The seminar will feature a guided tasting with 6 common off-flavours, including:

  • Acetaldehyde
  • Contamination/Infection
  • DMS
  • Diacetyl
  • Isoamyl Acetate
  • Oxidation

Registration for the seminar is $20, and includes a pint of Ninepenny beer along with six spiked samples for the off-flavours.
